In February/March 2019, Tabea Ehrensperger from Alpine Permaculture Schweibenalp travelled to Bhutan to visit the young farmers who had previously participated in the Organic Farmers Exchange Programme (OFEP) in Salzburg, Austria. Vegetable Drier for Tang Rigtshel Tshogpa
